Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Whether you're in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, or anywhere else, we've got you covered.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. We'll always send you a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow it every step of the journey.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@barenio.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't always guarantee changes — but we'll always do our best.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Email us at sales@barenio.com.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, get in touch and we'll make it right.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the item is damaged or we've made an error, we'll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Products
Are your lamps safe to leave on overnight?
Our LED lamps are low-voltage, low-heat, and designed for extended use. That said, as with any electrical product, we recommend switching them off when you leave the house or go to sleep for extended periods.
Do the lamps come with a UK/EU plug?
Most of our lamps are USB-powered, meaning they work with any USB port, power bank, or USB wall adapter — regardless of the country you're in. Where a plug adapter is needed, this will be noted in the product description.
How bright are the lamps — can they light a whole room?
Our lamps are designed as ambient mood lighting, not as primary room lighting. They create a warm, atmospheric glow rather than bright overhead light — perfect for evenings, bedside tables, shelves, and cosy corners.
Are the Himalayan salt pieces all the same?
No — and that's part of what makes them special. Each salt lamp and candle holder is hand-carved from natural rock salt, so every piece has its own unique shape, texture, and colour variation.
